Varietals : Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre.

Tasting notes : With its brilliant garnet colour and powerful nose of ripe red fruits and strawberries, this wine reveals soft, silky tannins and a long, lingering finish.

Food pairing : Perfect with roast chicken or pork medallions with plums.

IGP PAYS D’OC

Varietal : Vermentino

Tasting notes : With its bright gold colour and its intense nose dominated by notes of exotic fruit, this wine is deliciously round and fresh. 

Food pairing : Perfect with avocado tacos or a crab custard.

Varietal : Syrah 

Tasting notes : With its beautiful limpid rosé colour and its elegant nose dominated by aromas of small red fruits, this wine is refreshing with a deliciously fruity finish.
