« The domaine continues to prosper and has since been passed down from father to son… and also from father to daughter, as my mother took over the domaine from my grandfather » explains Jean-Paul Verdier, who has been making wine since 1980.
His domaine is situated on the Causse de Minerve (limestone plateau) and today boasts 22 hectares of vines of which 20 hectares are used for the production of AOC Minervois and the rest for Vin de Pays d’Oc and Vin de Pays de l’Hérault.
